Government Announces 45 Million
Rs Scholarship for Minority Communities Students
Federal ministry of Religious
Affairs and Interfaith Harmony announced scholarship for the students of
minority communities.
As per details, the ministry
allocated 45 Million Rs for scholarship that will be distributed among the
students during fiscal year 2022-2023.
The students belonging to minority communities who have less than 50,000 Rs. family income & who have secured minimum 50 % marks from primary to university level are eligible for the scholarship.
The authorities say that students
must heave a bank account and the students under 18 can have minor bank account
or joint bank accounts with their parents, for a smooth transaction of scholarship
funds.
Last date to apply for
scholarship is 6th October 2022. The students can send their
applications along with the required documents to the ministry. Following is
the list of required documents:
1.
Attested copies of CNIC/NADRA
B-Form
2.
Mark Sheets/DMCS/Progress
reports of last annual exams
In the case of the
semester system, students must submit attested copies of mark sheets of the
last two semesters. In the case of the GPA system, attested copies of
evaluation sheets are required.
Incomplete applications
will be rejected by the authorities straight away. The students already
enjoying financial assistance, stipend or scholarship from other sources are
not eligible for these scholarship.
