Punjab University Postponed BA / B.Sc / ADA/ADS Part.1 and Annual 2021 Exams
These exams were to be conducted from 1st April 2021
Punjab university conducted a survey of all affiliated colleges and came to know that there is a syllabus coverage problem. The BA / B.Sc students had short time to prepare their syllabus. So , keeping in view all the factors, the university announced that it has postponed these exams for two months.
In late Feb 2021, PU has conducted the exams of BA/B.Sc Annual 2020. The students , especially BA/B.Sc Part.2 students protested that they had short time for preparation. The university made a survey and this complaint of students was brought to university notice. The syllabus coverage problem was serious as in the session colleges remained closed time and again due to COVID-19.
The Punjab University called a meeting of Deans on 26th March 2021, and decided to postpone the exams for two months.The university will notify this decision on its official website very soon.
Earlier the university has issued the date sheet and BA-ADP part.2 roll number slips on its official website. But on seeing the date sheet the students expressed their concerns over the preparation. Ultimately , PU has postponed the exams. These exams will be rescheduled later.
